Delete your Dart Keeper data

Dart Keeper is made by Vexcom LLC. This page explains how to delete your data, and what happens when you do.

Option 1: on your own device

Your players, games and stats live on your phone or tablet. Deleting the app, or clearing its data in your device settings, removes everything stored there. If you never entered an email address, that is all of it: nothing about you is on our server except the "who played whom" records described below.

Option 2: ask us to delete everything on our server

Email privacy@vexcomllc.com with the subject Delete my Dart Keeper data. Include the email address you used in the app and the player name you go by. We will confirm by reply once it is done, normally within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your cloud backup (players, teams, groups, stats and game history).
Your email address and the device attached to it, from every league you belong to.
Your name on the roster of any league you are in, and any pending confirmation, restore or boot links tied to your email.
The "who played whom" records that carry your device identifier or email, including the internet-address location and the wifi grouping that came with them.

What stays

Games and league results that other members already hold stay in their own copies and in the league's history. They belong to the league, and we cannot reach into other people's devices.
Emails we already sent, such as league reports, stay in the inboxes they were sent to.
League snapshots taken nightly for disaster recovery are kept for 90 days and then discarded; we do not restore from them except to recover from a failure.
